How Can I register trademark if I am not a manufacturer ?

In India Goods & services are classified as per International Classification of Goods and Services also known as the Nice Classification was established by the Nice Agreement (1957), is a system of classifying goods and services for the purpose of registering trademarks. Total number of goods & services are being classified into class 1 to 45 classes, in which class 1 to 34 are being classified for manufacturing of goods  and from class 35 to class 45, for services provided by the serviceprovider. You can register trademark even if  you are not a manufacturer. You can apply Trademark for service category which fall under class 35 to 45.
